Even though we choose our trading and shipping partners with the utmost care, it can always happen that a shipment gets "on the way" or is damaged in the mail. This is extremely unpleasant and annoying for both you and us.

It remains annoying for us because we may then be required to check our supplier again and this could ultimately mean fewer offers in the shop. But we can make it as pleasant as possible for you, because:

The one above should mentioned case and your goods are lost or damaged in the mail or you are simply not satisfied with your product - no problem, the Neverwatch team will take care of it :)

Just get in touch via support@ neverwatch.de or in the chat at the bottom right and we'll refund you the purchase amount or arrange for a resend, whichever you prefer. We promise you that!

All we need from you is a photo of the damage or the reason why you are dissatisfied. We will then check the facts and arrange for a refund, exchange or return. Yes yes, we now know what you are thinking, but to answer it in Luffy's words:
