Shipping at Neverwatch is always free. This also applies to international and intercontinental shipping, e.g. to Austria or Switzerland.

    You can view the shipping status at any time under https://shop.neverwatch.de/account.

      The shipping time is usually between 10 and 30 working days. Since invoicing can be influenced by local conditions and may be delayed by international holidays, it may take longer in exceptional cases.

        If you have not received your goods after 30 days, please contact support@neverwatch.de.

          In the case of goods from overseas, it can happen in rare cases that customs temporarily withhold the goods and levy import duties. In this case, please also contact support@neverwatch.de so that we can refund you the amount incurred with a shop voucher.

          Estimated shipping time lies between 10 and 30 working days. Due to local issues or international holidays, this time could increase. In the latter case, please reach out to support@neverwatch.de.

          If your item(s) did not arrive in the estimated time, please contact us at support@neverwatch.de.

          Due to local tax authorities, a national tax could apply to your order - this depends on which country you are a resident of. In this case your local authorities could temporarily keep your item(s) at the toll office and demand a tax. In this case, please contact support@neverwatch.de to get a free shop voucher of the same amount.
